Safari Cookie Cutters

There are lots of cookie cutters out there, in all different shapes and forms, but they are all boring flat biscuts.

These cutters give your cookies volume and life to the little jungle animals you create. ROAR!!!

Recipe for successful cookies :

- 250 g flour
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 1 egg

Cut the butter into small cubes and mix with the flour.
Mash the butter into the flour with your fingers and obtain a smooth paste
Add sugar and mix/knead some more.
Add th egg and continue mixing with your hands (it's fun, believe us)
Roll out the dough to about 5mm or 1 cm thick
Cut out the shapes with the cookie cutters
Arrange on a baking sheet
Bate at 200°C for 10-18 min (depending on the consistency your want : soft or hard)

Set of 3 or 4 cookie cutters
Length: about 15 cm
Note : each set makes one animal
