These terms and conditions of sale constitute a legally binding contract between a customer ("you") and the site ledindon.com ("us").

Article 2 : Conditions of sale agreement

Completion and validation of the order form implies that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of sale and accept them.

We reserve the right to modify or change at any time the current conditions of sale. Modification of the conditions of sale will affect all orders after the date of modification.

Article 3 : Products

Sale of products is based on our available stock or subject to supplier availability.

You will be allowed to buy only products that are currently in stock. However, if products are unavailable (out of stock temporarily or permanently), we will notify you by email as soon as possible and allow you to either wait, cancel or change your order.

All photographs and product text are not included within the scope of this contract. If errors occur, no liability may be incurred.

Article 4 : Order validation

The automatic registration systems are considered proof of your order. The order becomes definitive after the validation of the payment : approval of your online payment, or reception of your check, reception of the bank transfer on our bank account. Then it cannot be changed or reimbursed.

Information provided when making orders incur liability : in case of error in the name or address of the customer/recipient, we cannot be held responsible for the any inablility to deliver items.

Article 5 : Price

Prices are given in euros, including tax and excluding shipping costs. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but are committed to selling products at the price displayed when purchased.

The price listed in the order confirmation is the final price, this includes all taxes and shipping costs. Shipping costs depend on the delivery method chosen by the customer.

For overseas orders (outside continental France), any local tax or customs duties applied, they would be due by the customer.

Article 6 : Payment

The final price to be paid is stated in the order confirmation.

Payment must be made on the date of order, either by credit card, check or bank transfer.

Online credit card payment :
We accept the following credit cards : CB, Eurocard, Visa or Mastercard. Secure online payment is provided by the bank Caisse d'Epargne. It is completely safe and uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All information transmitted is protected and encrypted by their software. We never have access to your credit card information, only the bank Caisse d'Epargne has access to that information. Only after validation of payment from the bank will we accept the order. Acceptance or rejection (if payment is not verified) will be confirmed to the customer via email.

Check or bank transfer payment :
We accept payment by check (in euros) only from banks located in France. They must be sent along with your order number to the address indicated on the given order confirmation. Any order is not verified until the check has been cashed by our bank, or the bank transfered been received.

We reserve the right to refuse any order from problematic customers.

Article 7 : Delivery and reception of the parcel

Delivery is made to the address provided when ordering. Changes cannot be made after order confirmation.

We are committed to prepare and ship packages within two business days after validation of your order : confirmation of credit card payment, receipt of check or bank transfer.

The customers can select their method of delivery, depending on the destination of the package. For more information on delivery times, please visit "delivery" page.

In all cases any risks to delivery are taken by the customer from the date its package has left our facilities.

Delivery in France that exceeds the delivery date given by more than 7 days (keeping in mind shipping and delivery times) the purchaser can request a cancellation of sale by registered letter, except in cases beyond our control (extreme weather, protests, etc), and provided that the delivery is not made before the receipt of the letter.

Upon receipt of the package, you must check the content, and contact us if any problem occurs (damaged package or content not in line with what has been ordered). We will then give you instructions. Replacement of the product or a credit for your next order (limited to the price of the product) will be issued.

Orders returned to us for incorrect or incomplete address, or unclaimed after a deposit in a pick-up point, will be re-invoiced their shipping cost, and will in no case be refunded. If you disagree with the incorrect address assessment, you must send us proof of address that is identical to the one entered when you placed your order. We will then reship the package for free.

Article 8 : Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any items that do not suit your expectations, and request an exchange or refund without penalty. The shipping and return costs, and customs charges are solely your responsibility.

When sending a return, first send an email to contact@ledindon.com explaining why the item is being returned. Then mail the item back in its original packaging to our warehouse :

According to the French law, we reserve the right not to accept certain returns based on deterioration or expiration. If in doubt regarding the return of any items, please do not hesitate to contact us.

After 7 days, product returns will be accepted upon request, and you will receive a voucher for the value of the returned product.

Article 9 : Retention of title

All delivered goods remain our property until full payment is received. This reservation of property does not prevent the transfer of risks that are solely your responsibility in accordance with Article 7.

Article 10 : Guarantees

The customer benefits from the legal provisions concerning guarantees against hidden defects. Excluded from this warranty are the inappropriate use and storage of items.

Article 11 : Responsibilities

We are committed to provide a professional, timely service to our customers. However, due to unforeseeable circumstances such as/without limitation to : natural disasters, strikes, fires, floods, failure or breakdown of equipment, transportation, communication, or customer's actions, we will not be held accountable/liable for breach of contract.

All products conform to French legislation. We disclaim any liability in the event that the delivered products do not comply with the laws of the country of delivery. As well as any delay due to supplier issues.

We are not liable for delivery delays.

We can in no case be liable for any damages arising from misuse of any products sold : ingestion, inhalation, combustion or application on clothes. We draw your attention to the fact that most of our products are intended for adults and are not suitable for children.

Our liability shall in any event be limited to the amount of items ordered.

Article 12 : Privacy policy

Any and all information provided will be held in the strictest confidentiality. Only essential information required for processing, delivery and billing of orders is requested.

You data will never be sold or transmitted to another company.

You have the right to access, rectify and delete any data concerning you. To do so make a request via email to : contact@ledindon.com

Article 13 : Use of cookies

Cookies are neccesary for the use of an e-commerce website. But we only use them for basic needs : cart, account, display of products, anonymous statistics (with Google Analytics).

You can disable and delete cookies easily in your browser's settings.

Article 14 : Jurisdiction

This contract is subject to French Law. We will try and help you with any complaint. However if you raise any legal issue against us, they would fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French Court System.
